We do not give refunds for any purchases. We will gladly exchange an item within 2 days of your purchase if the products arrived damaged or defective.
If the item is no longer in stock, an exchange for another item of equal value or reading will be issued provided that all pieces or components of the original item are available for inspection.

- Regular cleaning and upkeep is necessary to keep your jewelry in good condition. This holds even for solid gold and solid silver. Simply use warm water or a polishing cloth (contained in your package) to clean.
- Storage your jewelry in your velvet pouch after use.
- You can wear our jewelry in water. However do wipe it down with warm water afterwards, especially after being submerged in salt water.
- Sweat and chemical products such as shampoo and body wash can also make your jewelry duller quicker, especially necklaces, so remove these when you are taking shower or work out.
