Here are the answers to some questions that we are often asked.

1. Do you offer Free Shipping? 

Yes, we do.

We offer delivery at a fee for all domestic orders under USD$40 and free ground shipping on orders above USD$40. Orders are shipped on business days only and most orders arrive between 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Barbados. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to say that we ship worldwide!

3. What materials is your jewellery made of?

Our products are either made of Gold-Filled (14ct gold plated over sterling silver) or sterling silver with freshwater pearls.

4. Are your products handmade?

All of our pearl pieces are handmade in our studio in Barbados.

5. Are your products waterproof?

We would highly recommend you to take care of your jewellery and not to wear them in water or expose them to chemicals to preserve the shine.

6. Can I cancel or change my orders?

Yes, you can. Please send your request to shopbohobeau@gmail.com.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

7.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept  Direct Transfer for our CIBC FirstCaribbean customers and cash upon delivery.

8. How do I contact Boho Beau Customer Service?
